Recordholics Anonymous is an online community for music lovers, record collectors, and anyone who shares our enthusiasm for music.

Information We Collect
When you join our email community through JOIN US, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name and affirmative marketing consent.
Our Certified Recordholic Quiz offers a marketing signup choice separate from viewing your results. Information supplied when subscribing may include your first name, email address and optional postal/ZIP code. The quiz no longer asks for a country. You can view your results and merchandise links without subscribing.
Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect their systems.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide requested services, administer the community, manage subscription preferences and respond to requests.
Consenting subscribers may receive music stories, collecting content, community news, videos and occasional merchandise promotions. Our signup and email delivery service is Systeme.io.
JOIN US is publicly available. After a successful signup with affirmative consent, a welcome email is sent automatically and the subscriber enters our weekly email series, whose first email is scheduled about seven days later. Delivery can depend on service processing and suppression restrictions.
Email Subscriptions and Unsubscribing
Joining our email community is voluntary. JOIN US requires an initially unchecked marketing-consent checkbox to be affirmatively selected before submission.
You can unsubscribe using the links in our marketing emails. Follow the options shown to stop a particular campaign or all marketing emails.
A deliberate new affirmative signup may renew an ordinary email subscription. Hard-bounce and complaint restrictions remain subject to our email provider’s protections. Choosing quiz results without subscribing does not request marketing enrollment.
We may retain consent, preference and suppression records to honor your choices and avoid unwanted messages.
Third-Party Services
We use Systeme.io for email signup and communications, Shopify for our merchandise store at https://recordholicshop.com, and YouTube for video content. Merchandise checkout is handled through the store’s commerce and payment services; print-on-demand fulfillment is provided through Printful.
We also link to social media platforms, affiliate partners and other external websites. These providers have their own privacy policies and may process information when you visit or use their services. Embedded videos may connect to YouTube when the page loads or when you interact with the player.
Cookies and Website Technology
Our website and third-party features may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security and embedded content. The information processed depends on the features and services you use.
